General Questions
Question When I try to log in I am told that my account could not be found. When I try to re-register, I am told that my login name was already taken (by me!). How can I login?
Response: Try our password retrieval tool by clicking the Forget Password? link. It will mail your user name and password to you.
If you still can't get it - send us an email and we will update your registration. Make sure you send information verifying your identity, such as name, address, postal code, and email address used when you first signed up.
Question: When I try to get my password and login name e-mailed to me it says "email not found". What do I do now?
Response: Make sure that your first and last name are correct (so it matches our records) and that your email address entered is the same one you originally registered with.

Question: I can't remember my username/password and my email address has changed. How can I login?
Response: Send us an email listing your name, original email address, new email address and year of birth. This information is needed to verify your identity so we can send your username and password to your new email address.
Question: After I log in to use your service, it says I'm successfully logged in and then it asks me to login again?
Response: Your internet browser needs to be adjusted so that it can accept cookies. Cookies are used so that our web site knows you have logged in.
Question When I click on the download icon to get the map, nothing happens. What do I do?
Response: When you are at the download page, "Right Click" the download icon, and select "Save File As", which will allow you to save it to the folder of your choice.
Once it is downloaded, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print maps. This program is freely available online - just click the icon on the sidebar. If you still have troubles, send us an email.
Registration Questions
Question: I never received a confirmation email when I registered.
Response: Sometimes our confirmation email gets blocked by spam filters. Just send us an email and we will promtply activate your registration.
Question: The link to confirm that my registration is indeed a genuine request is not working. What should I do?
Response: Copy the link into your browser address bar and press return. This will activate your account.
