Background
The Angler's Atlas brings together maps and lakes, to help people who enjoy fishing find the lakes they want. This free service covers more than 90,000 waterbodies across the country and for each lake there is at least one free map that can be downloaded.
The website has over 75,000 members and the site is designed to encourage an exchange of information. Members can download the free maps and also contribute their own content, such as photos, comments and map markers. The annual photo contest always generates great photos from members. In 2011, more than 1,500 photos were entered in the contest. Click here to view the winning photos.
